Settings :

Location : A converted guestroom in the Function-Y’s participants’ apartments.

Time : pm

Case : A group of facilitators and ‘officers’ having a post-mortem of the first day of Y-Function.

Present were the head facilitator, un known, and all facilitators who were exhausted and frustrated after a whole day ‘running’ around with ‘kids’.

We were first first treated with light exercises supposedly for ‘menumpukan perhatian dan tidak kelihatan letih’ in Pn. B’s words.

Now came the post-mortem session :

En. A : Ada siapa-siapa yang ada soalan ?

Un Known, as a true leader, bravely raised his hand and came up with a few problems that were due to poor coordination by the administrators. Some of them includes :

How the participants could be grouped in order to go for their prayers

1. What is the best solution for the participants to have their meals as there were simply too many students there in the program

However, after a few flaws which were raised by Un Known, En. A and Pn. B failed to provide a single satisfactory solution to any of the problems. Instead, the facilitators were treated to a battle cry and a ‘double-yes’! @#$%^&*

Those who were still alert were just left dumbfounded.

Later, that night, lXl was on night watch together with the other 2 Mat Skodengs while Un Known had another post-mortem session with xxx officers and the GI joe’s officers, who were having a ‘watching-brief’ over the function. Slightly past midnight, un known came to meet us at the compound facing the boy’s apartment.

Un Known : yada yada…. Tadi En. A dengan Abang Z pandai main kata…… yada..yada… Dia orang tanya : Apa hal nak letak semua pelajar UPSR, PMR dan SPM dalam satu program ? Abang Z cakap, ini idea ‘Out of the Box !” Kepala otak dia la….mana ada ‘out of the box !’..ini pemikiran tak waras la ! GI- Joe officers pula tanya kat I sama ada program ini berjaya ke tak. I terang-terang cakap ‘tak’. Lepas itu, En. A cakap, tak boleh cakap macam itu sebab lebih kurang 2 minggu dari sekarang, dia orang akan buat post mortem lagi dengan xxx dan mereka akan memburuk-burukkan nama xxx ! yada yada yada………
